Objective and Description
Objective: Canadian Tire renovated and/or expanded eight stores in Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa, Bowmanville, Peterborough, Cobourg and Trenton to reflect a new corporate marketing concept. The scope of work included initial assessment of the sites, expansion potential and zoning regulations. Planning assistance was provided in obtaining site plan approvals and minor variance approvals. Site Servicing and Grading and Drainage plans were also provided for site plan approval.
The work was undertaken simultaneously for all stores and completed within 1 year.
