Objective and Description
Objective: A new residential neighbourhood in the Town of Whitby consisting of approximately 350 households. The scope of work included external road widening and design grading around the valley lands and tree preservation areas.
Phase I completed to base asphalt in 1994 and Phase II completed in 2007.
