Municipal Engineering

Municipal engineering involves the design, approval and construction of civil engineering works. In other words, the creation of services that fulfill the fundamental needs of our communities such as providing a safe supply of drinking water, collection and treatment of domestic waste, collection and treatment of stormwater, design and building of sidewalks, bikeways and roads, parking lots and all other related community amenities which enhance our standard of living and help keep our communities a safe place to live, work and play.

Sernas is well known within the Greater Toronto Horseshoe Area (GTHA) for their skill, knowledge and experience in municipal engineering design and approvals. Our professional staff are recognized and respected for their expertise by Provincial, Regional and Municipal staff throughout the GTHA. We believe that building a long lasting relationship is just as important as protecting the public by building safe communities.
